I know, I am not a PhD student, but I also like research, and my topic is transformation: transformation of people, teams and companies and how technology can help to intervene in it
First of all, we know from experience that transformation (the act of becoming) is a continuum that remains hidden, from which we can observe discrete changes. In this context, the first question I try to answer is how can we make transformation visible?
Secondly, if transformation could be visible, we would have many different possibilities of change, so the second question is how can we make breakdowns visible? Understanding as breakdown an interruption in the act of becoming, or in more simple words: a need for change.
Finally, if breakdowns can be visible, then we must answer the question: how can we intervene in them?, and here I am working in the concept of design which designates all practices whose purpose is to anticipate breakdowns.
The answer to all these questions could help individuals, teams and companies to anticipate breakdowns, making transformation (the act of becoming:  a better person, a powerfull team, a digital company, a modern factory, ...) a more effective process.
Transformation of people

Based on the ontology of the observer, in this project I'm working on a digital approach for the collecting and processing of different observations from different observers in order to be able to observe what we observe and thus have the opportunity to design and intervene in our capacity for action through the deployment of digital observers.

Transformation of teams

In this project I'm developing and testing in different companies a new framework to allow no matter what kind of teams to transform their results based on the management principles of the Toyota Production System, commonly known as Lean.

Transformation of companies

In this project  I'm extending the framework developed for teams, including strategy deployment, project management, and in order to scale operational excellence .
